Artist’s Comments
I was recovering from a big operation and feeling a bit bored. I wanted to draw something that wasn’t cute and cuddly and was about 10 scales in and thought, ‘What have I started?’, but so glad I persevered. It was something so very different to the usual drawings I do and I’m thinking of more less furry creatures to add to my to draw list.
